Entrance Description
BREAKDOWN Bryan Sentrick emerges from the back with a look of disgust directed at the fans screaming out to him. He looks left to right beginning to smirk then raises one arm above his head. Sentrick keeps his one arm raised as he slowly walks to the ring. He reaches the steps and takes another look around at the crowd as he climbs to the ring. He slowly enters through the ropes then walks to the opposite corner climbing onto the second rope once again raising one arm while nodding his head in confidence. Sentrick comes off the ropes and begins pacing in the corner waiting for the bell to sound.

Wrestlers Biography/History
Bryan Sentrick grew up in Philadelphia with the dream of being a professional wrestler. He worked job after job while attending wrestling school. He always admired the technicians of the sport and tried his best to become one of them but was not blessed with the ability to reach that level. Sentrick left his other jobs and devoted his life to wrestling full time once he graduated. He continued to try to emulate the technical stars he looked up to his whole life but took loss after loss. This losing caused a spiral to begin in his life. He became more quiet and more isolated every day. Sentrick began drinking heavy leading him to get into many bar brawls ending with a night in jail all the while his dream of being a technical superstar moved farther away. One day before a show Sentrick’s drinking took hold of him during an afternoon before a show. When he showed for the event he was very drunk but the promoter had no fill in telling him to “get in there and lose like you do anyway!”. Something changed in Sentrick and he walked to the ring viewing it like one of his many bar brawls he seen. He didn’t try to be technically sound instead he did whatever it took to win like on the street. That night Sentrick won his match in dominant fashion and has been that style since. He approaches his career with the attitude of he doesn’t fit into the society he lives in and dreams are just that dreams. He has finally found his success with just being what he is... a hardcore nightmare. Sentrick deep inside fights with the idea of still wishing he could be “normal” but he believes he simply isn’t and nothing but rebellion against the “normal” of the world will bring him the success he wishes to have in this business.

Sample Roleplay

Quote

Scene opens scanning across a run down apartment with beer cans scattered across a table, a worn down couch sitting in front of a television playing a screen of static and a weight bench also with cans of beer placed all over it. Bryan Sentrick walks into the scene and runs his arms across the weight bench clearing the cans to the floor. He takes a seat on the weight bench staring out at the mess of an apartment.

Sentrick: “So this is it. This is what it’s all about huh? Years and years of training struggling bleeding and competing all to realize it was all just a dream. I’ll never be one of the greats that are remembered for all time. I’ll never be immortalized in a hall of fame or have people mention me as a name that inspired them to be in this business. It’s not that I don’t want to be any of that, it’s just not meant to be for me. The dream I had as a child is just that, a dream. This reality I have come to accept is all I can live. I must accept and become the nightmare I was meant to be.”

Sentrick leans down picking up one of the cans he swept to the ground shaking it to see if there is any left then giving a sip of the remains. He throws the can over his shoulder then gazes with glazed eyes into the camera.

Sentrick: “You see we’re not all born to be good guys even if that’s all you ever dreamed to be you can’t escape who you really are. I was born to suffer and make others feel just like I do inside. My dream wasn’t taken away by injury or some other uncontrolled circumstance. My dream was born to die a casualty of reality. I never wanted it to be this way. It just is. I don’t apologize for what I am. I only feel for all of you that have to deal with it.”

Scene fades to black.

I know this is nothing but I’d rather create the character in actual roleplays then on an application post that may not even be seen. Haven’t roleplayed in a while so I don’t have any old ones. I assure you I’m much better then this small post. Gimme a chance.
